FRANCIACORTA

VINE: Chardonnay (70%) – Pinot Nero (30%).

HARVEST: from the end of August to the beginning of September.

TRAINING SYSTEM: Guyot.

VINIFICATION: Only in years with particularly favorable climatic conditions and a not abundant production, the harvested grapes will be immediately brought to the farm and pressed whole. The exclusive first-pressing must will largely ferment at a controlled temperature in steel tanks and only 10-15% in oak barrels.

MATURATION: Cuvèe are prepared during the spring following the harvest, followed by a second fermentation in bottles and refinement in contact with its own yeasts for at least 60 months.

DOSAGE: Brut.

BOTTLE SIZES: 750ml.

TASTING NOTES: Straw-yellow color with golden reflections, soft and abundant froth, extremely fine and persistent perlage, ripe flavor with evolved notes of toasting and good flavor.

FRANCIACORTA

VINE: Chardonnay (90%) - Pinot Nero (10%) coming from mid-hill vineyard in Rovato/Erbusco.

HARVEST: from the end of August to the beginning of September.

TRAINING SYSTEM: Guyot.

VINIFICATION: manual harvesting of the grapes and their soft pressing. The must obtained is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Pinot Nero grapes are vinified in white. At the time of disgorgement, no sugars are added but only the same wine for the necessary refilling.

DOSAGE: Dosaggio Zero/Pas dosè.

BOTTLE SIZES: 750ml.

TASTING NOTES: Straw-yellow color with greenish-yellow reflections, soft and abundant foam, fine and persistent perlage, gentle scent, reminiscent of tropical fruit, delicate evolutionary notes are highlighted, elegant, complex taste re-proposes the sensations perceived by the nose.

VINIFICATION: hand picked grapes, soft and progressive crushing with must fractionation and alcoholic fermentation in steel tuns at controlled temperature between 16 and 18°C.

MATURATION: cuvee are prepared during the spring following the harvest, followed by a second fermentation in bottles and refinement in contact with its own yeasts for at least 30 months. Additional two months after disgorging.

DOSAGE: Brut.

BOTTLE SIZES: 750ml.

TASTING NOTES: straw-yellow color, abundant froth, fine and persistent perlage, complex aroma with notes of dried fruit, tobacco and spices, evolved taste with roasted notes.

TRAINING SYSTEM: Guyot.

VINIFICATION: hand picked grapes, soft and progressive crushing with must fractionation and alcoholic fermentation in steel tuns at controlled temperature between 16 and 18°C.

MATURATION: cuvee are prepared during the spring following the harvest, followed by a second fermentation in bottles and refinement in contact with its own yeasts for at least 24 months. Additional two months after disgorging. Added pressure inside the bottle of 5 atm.

DOSAGE: Brut-Satèn.

BOTTLE SIZES: 750ml.

TASTING NOTES: straw-yellow color, soft and persistent froth, fine and persistent perlage, fresh, intense aroma with pleasantly mineral taste.
